• Do you support transparency in negotiations with public employee associations by requiring the full "sunshining" of all proposals?

• Do you believe that lobbyists should register before they do business in the City of Long Beach?

• Do you believe that lobbyists should disclose they are representing a client when they contact an elected official or city employee?

• Do you believe that elected officials and city employees should be prohibited from taking any gifts from lobbyists?

• Do you believe that elected officials should disclose their calendars on-line so that the public can know with whom they are meeting?

• Do you believe that elected officials should disclose before a vote whether or not: a) they have received any campaign contributions from anyone having an interest in a council agenda item and b) they have met or discussed the council agenda item with anyone having an interest in the agenda item?

• Do you believe that elected officials and city employees should be prevented for a period of three years after leaving their office or employment with Long Beach from representing anyone doing business with the City of Long Beach?

• Do you support requiring the City to set aside reserves to pay for any benefit negotiated?

• Do you support requiring City Council to disclose in all actions taken to spend money a statement indicating the projected financial impact of such action for three (3) fiscal years?

• Do you support adjusting the salaries of all elected officials in Long Beach not to exceed the median income of the residents of the City?
